No scanner needed. Photographs are fine.
Questions people ask
Do I have to type out my whole CV?
No. If you have an old CV, upload it and we take the details from there. The one thing we do need in your own words is your work experience — that is what we write from. Everything else you can upload a photo of or skip.
What if I have never had a proper job?
That is fine and it is more common than you think. Attachment, internship, helping in a family business, farming, vending, volunteering, a college project — all of it counts and all of it can be written up properly. Tell us in your own words.
How do I pay?
Through Paynow, which accepts EcoCash, OneMoney and bank cards. It is one payment. There is no subscription, we do not keep your card, and nothing can charge you again.
When will I get it?
Within 48 hours of your payment clearing, and usually sooner. You get an email and a WhatsApp message when it is ready.
What if something is wrong with it?
Tell us and we will fix it — a change is included in the price. Your CV stays in your account the whole time, so you are never left with nothing.
Where does my CV live afterwards?
In your CV263 account, for good. You can download it again any time — next week or next year — so it does not matter if you lose the WhatsApp file or change phones.
Can I edit it myself later?
Yes. It is a normal CV263 CV, so you can open it in the builder and change anything you like.
Is my information safe?
Your certificates and old CV are stored privately, never on a public link, and we delete them 90 days after your CV is delivered. We do not sell or share anything.
Will this get me a job?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What a good CV does is get you read by a person instead of being filtered out by software. What happens at interview is between you and the employer.
You do not need an account to start, and nothing is charged until you have checked your order.
Worth being clear about
We write what is true about you, well. We will sharpen your wording, put your experience in the order employers here expect, and make sure the right words are in it. We will not invent jobs, qualifications or skills you do not have — that gets found out at interview, and it is your name on it.
We cannot promise you a job. Nobody honestly can. A good CV gets you read by a person instead of filtered out by software. What happens next is down to you and the employer.
You keep it. Your CV is saved in your CV263 account, so you can download it again any time. You are not paying us for a file you might lose.
